Job Objective:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) / Team Leader / Business Development Manager (BDM) at SOURCECORP is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. This role involves proactive client engagement, effective communication, and achieving sales targets to support the company's expansion and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
• Research and identify quality leads across potential markets.
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms with automatic calling support systems.
2. Client Engagement & Retention:
• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and meetings.
• Present SOURCECORP’s services and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
• Keeping clients from leaving, getting repeat business, maintaining revenue from existing clients).
• Achieve 80%+ client retention rate through systematic relationship management.
• Collect client feedback monthly and implement improvements based on suggestions.
3. Salary:
• INR 15,000 to 35,000 per month (may vary for candidates with relevant experience in the same field)
4. Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients for repeat business
• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and proactive support
• Convert satisfied clients into long-term partners and brand advocates
• Contribute to 30% monthly revenue from existing client relationships
5. Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead pipelines.
• Daily lead update in CRM/shared sheet (target: 3-5 new leads daily).
• Weekly pipeline review with manager (minimum 20 leads in active follow-up).
• Monthly target achievement review (1st week of next month).
6. Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Contribute to overall business growth and revenue goals.
7. Qualifications:
• Education Any Degree (all disciplines welcome)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Languages Required Tamil & English (both verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and digital lead follow-up methods.
