Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Techno-Commercial Business Development Manager who can understand client technical needs, negotiate effectively, and close high-value deals. The candidate will handle warm/hot leads, engage in solution discussions, create commercial proposals, and ensure successful deal closures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert qualified inbound leads into successful sales closures.
  • Conduct product/technical presentations and articulate value offerings clerly.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, BOQs, pricing documents, and negotiation strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, finalize pricing, and close deals with profitability.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term account value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Project, Finance) for seamless project handover.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and weekly sales reporting.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical understanding of product/solution offerings.
  • Proven deal negotiation and closing experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and map suitable solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce etc.) is an advantage.
