Business Development & Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and motivated MBA Marketing freshers (Male & Female) for the role of Sr. Business Development Executive – Meta Ads Services.

The candidate will visit industrial clients, explain Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising services, and generate business prospects. This is a meeting-based field role with defined monthly performance targets focused on meeting quality and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit industrial clients in assigned city industrial areas
• Promote and explain Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) services
• Generate and qualify new prospects and leads
• Achieve assigned monthly meeting and performance targets
• Attend client meetings as per meeting allocation
• Understand client business needs and propose suitable ad solutions
• Maintain and update all client data, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM
• Coordinate with the internal team for campaign execution and support
• Build long-term relationships with industrial clients
