Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day café operations (opening, closing, service flow)
• Supervise, train, schedule, and monitor café staff performance
• Ensure food, beverage, and service quality at all times
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, stock ordering, FIFO, and wastage control
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle billing, cash reconciliation, and daily MIS reports
• Drive sales through upselling and local marketing activities
