Job Responsibilities: 

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Café Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our coffee operations at Coffee Culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in café or coffee shop management, a deep appreciation for coffee, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high standards for coffee quality, food, hygiene, and customer experience
• Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ordering processes
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and handle reporting
• Plan and implement promotional activities and seasonal menus
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards
• Act as the face of the café, building a loyal customer base

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a café manager or similar role
• Knowledge and passion for coffee—from beans to brewing methods
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage budgets and meet KPIs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed
