Carpenter Assistant

​We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter who can do more than just handle a hammer. You will be the "right hand" to the business owner, helping manage furniture projects from the first customer meeting to the final screw. This is a great role for a carpenter who wants to grow into a supervisory or management position.

​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Interaction: Visit client sites to take measurements and discuss design requirements.

​Quoting: Help calculate material costs and provide price estimates to customers.

​Project Oversight: Ensure projects are moving on schedule and meeting quality standards.

​On-Site Work: Perform "nominal" carpentry tasks (fixing screws, assembling units, hinge adjustments, and finishing touches).

​Material Coordination: Assisting in selecting and ordering the right wood, hardware, and laminates.

​Skills & Requirements

​Technical Skill: Proven experience in furniture making or modular kitchen assembly.

​Communication: Ability to speak clearly with customers and represent the company professionally.

​Basic Math: Must be able to take accurate measurements and calculate simple costs for quotes.

​Reliability: Must have a personal vehicle (Scooter/Bike) for site visits.
