Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

Clients to Handle: 75–90 Active Clients

Monthly Target: ₹80,000 (Service Renewals, Up gradation & DC Renewal Collection)

Weekly Target: ₹20,000


Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Success & Retention Executive who will be responsible for managing existing clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, and driving revenue through renewals and upgrades. This is a relationship + revenue-driven role, focused on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities


1. Client Relationship Management

  • Handle 75–80 active clients with strong relationship building
  • Ensure quick response to all client queries (within defined SLA)
  • Maintain regular communication via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM
  • Welcome and onboard new clients professionally

2. Client Onboarding & Coordination

  • Manage new client bookings from the Sales Team
  • Guide clients through the complete setup process
  • Collect required data and forward to internal teams (Campaign, Design, Technical, etc.)
  • Ensure timely execution through inter-department coordination

3. Service Execution & Support

  • Monitor ongoing services and ensure smooth delivery
  • Assist clients with website updates, content corrections, and creatives
  • Provide proactive support for campaigns and technical requirements

4. Reporting & Communication

  • Share and explain monthly performance reports from CRM
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and documentation
  • Educate clients for better performance and service usage

5. Revenue & Retention (Core KPI)

  • Achieve ₹80,000 monthly target through renewals & upgrades
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on client performance
  • Follow up for payments, invoicing, and balance reminders
  • Maintain strong renewal pipeline using CRM reminders

6. Feedback & Improvement

  • Conduct regular client feedback calls
  • Ensure high satisfaction and quick issue resolution
  • Work on retention strategies to reduce churn

Daily Work Structure

  • Handle new client bookings from Sales Team
  • Guide clients for setup process and data submission
  • Coordinate with Campaign, Design & Technical teams
  • Respond to all client queries (SLA: within 2–4 hours)
  • Share updates and maintain follow-ups in CRM
  • Send payment reminders and renewal follow-ups
  • Update website content and service-related corrections – ADSWEB Project
  • Blog posting and client store changes – correction
  • Maintain WhatsApp communication and client groups

Systems & Process

  • Follow standard onboarding checklist & SOPs
  • Use CRM for task tracking, reminders, and reporting
  • Maintain renewal calendar for proactive follow-ups
  • Use pre-defined templates for communication
  • Ensure daily task tracking and weekly performance review

Incentive Structure

  • ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 incentive on achieving monthly target
  • Additional contest incentive on upsell revenue
