The candidate should be comfortable working full-time and handling routine office computer tasks efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate computer systems and office software on a daily basis
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Monitor system performance and report technical issues
• Maintain digital files, documents, and backups
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of systems and peripherals
• Handle email communication and internal coordination
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and security
• Required Skills & QualificationsBasic computer knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Good typing speed with accuracy
• Basic internet knowledge
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Educational QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass
• Diploma / Certification in Computer Applications preferred
