Computer Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage logistics data, handle customer queries, and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel tools. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, coordinating with logistics teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Operations Support

• Maintain and update shipment, dispatch, and delivery records
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery updates

2. Customer Query Handling

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve issues related to orders, delays, and deliveries
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback

3. Data Management & Reporting

• Enter, update, and verify data in systems
• Generate daily/weekly reports for logistics and customer service

4. Advanced Excel Usage

• Use formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
• Create and manage Pivot Tables for reporting
• Perform data analysis and generate insights
