Job Description – Content Creator (Design & Social Media Team)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Anchor to join our Design & Social Media Team. The primary responsibility will be to shoot engaging product videos, do dubbing/voiceovers, and support coordination in content production. The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, possess good communication skills, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of an e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the face/voice of the brand for product videos, explainer videos, reels, and social media content.

Shoot product demonstration videos highlighting features, usage, and benefits in an engaging manner.

Perform dubbing and voiceovers in Hindi/English (or other regional languages as needed).

Work closely with the design and social media teams to brainstorm creative concepts for video content.

Assist in coordination of shoots including script preparation, product arrangement, and set readiness.

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure timely execution of projects.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and suggest innovative video ideas.

Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and helps in customer engagement and conversion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience as an Anchor/Host/Content Creator (E-commerce or social media background is a plus).

Excellent on-camera presence and confident communication skills.

Ability to perform dubbing/voiceovers with clear diction.

Creative mindset with an eye for detail in presenting products.

Basic understanding of video shoots, lighting, and social media platforms.

Strong team player with good coordination and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage).

Familiarity with e-commerce product showcasing.

Comfortable with both formal and informal presentation styles.

Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
