Hiring for Public Ltd Company dealing in Technical Product manufacturing and Sales


An In-House Technical Sales & Support with Digital Marketing job profile combines technical product expertise with sales acquisition, customer service, and online marketing strategies. This role is typically office-based (inside sales) and involves driving revenue by managing the entire sales funnel—from generating leads online to closing technical deals and providing post-sales support.

Core Responsibilities


The role is divided into three key pillars:

1. Technical Sales & Support (Inside Sales)

  • Technical Consulting: Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, understanding complex customer requirements, and proposing tailored technical solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Proactively manage the full sales funnel, including cold calling, conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals/quotes, and closing deals.
  • Post-Sales Support: Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot product malfunctions, and provide training to users to ensure customer retention.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM software with accurate client interaction data, sales records, and forecasting.

2. Digital Marketing (Lead Generation)

  • Content Creation & SEO: Produce technical content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) and optimize it for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
  • Social Media & LinkedIn Outreach: Engage with potential customers on LinkedIn and other platforms, sharing content and generating leads.
  • Email Campaigns & Automation: Develop and distribute targeted email campaigns and nurture leads through automated marketing workflows.
  • PPC & Analytics: Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and analyze digital data (Google Analytics) to measure ROI.


3. Product & Market Management

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Product Marketing: Create product datasheets, catalogs, and technical presentations in collaboration with engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of the specific industry products (software, hardware, machinery, scientific equipment).
  • Digital Marketing Proficiencies: Knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), and Google Analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric mindset. Coursera +5
