Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Shop Staff / Crew Members to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, handling products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Crew members are the face of the brand and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.
• Answer queries about products, promotions, and offers.
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
• Store Operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shop.
• Restock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and appealing.
• Assist in inventory management and stock checks.
• Product Handling
• Prepare and serve food/beverages as per company standards.
• Follow SOPs for product quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Teamwork
• Support fellow crew members during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Participate in training sessions and skill development.
• Requirements
• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (or equivalent).
• Prior experience in retail/food service preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
