Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Care Executive responsible for handling customer communication through emails and the Carepanel system, ensuring timely resolution of queries, complaints, and service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer queries and complaints through the Carepanel platform
  • Track, update, and close tickets as per defined SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Ensure quality communication and adherence to company policies
