Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Care Executive responsible for handling customer communication through emails and the Carepanel system, ensuring timely resolution of queries, complaints, and service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer queries and complaints through the Carepanel platform
- Track, update, and close tickets as per defined SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Ensure quality communication and adherence to company policies
