Job Description

We are looking for a polite, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide support across our e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, product details, and payments while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.


  • ✅ Key Responsibilities :
  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, chat, email, and platform messages
  • Resolve issues related to order status, delivery delays, product complaints, replacements, returns, and refunds
  • Provide accurate product and pricing information to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse/logistics/accounts) for issue resolution
  • Maintain daily customer support records and update CRM/Excel
  • Follow up with customers to ensure closure and satisfaction
  • Maintain service quality standards and customer-friendly communication
