Designation: Customer Support Executive

Location: Rajkot

Employment Type: Full Time | 09:30 to 06:30 | Monday to Saturday

Salary: 15,000/- to 25,000/-


About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support by managing customer inquiries, drafting emails, and building strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

● Customer Interaction: Handle queries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and care.

● Follow-Up: Ensure timely updates and resolution for unresolved customer issues.

● Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of products/services to support customer needs.

● Record Keeping: Log customer interactions and feedback for internal use and improvement.

● Audit Management: Conduct online audits of participants, manage audit documentation, and upload data accurately into the system.

● Relationship Building: Foster trust and satisfaction through strong client relationships.

● Feedback Collection: Collect insights to enhance product and service quality.

● Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.

● Sales Support: Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during interactions.

● Event Management: Assist in company events, coordinating logistics, and managing guest and speaker invitations. Support PR activities.

● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices to improve service delivery.


Who Should Apply?


Experience:

● Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in customer support. Prior experience in customer support will be considered an added advantage.


Skills:

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

● Excellent oral and written communication skills

● Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory

● Education: Graduate in any discipline

● Must be well-versed in basic computer operations and tools
