Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual design projects, guide junior designers, and deliver high-quality creative output across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing visuals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute creative design projects from concept to final output
• Develop branding, marketing, and promotional creatives
• Design social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, presentations, and websites
• Create motion graphics and video edits (basic to intermediate level)
• Guide and review work of junior designers
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and performance teams
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards
• Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Required SkillsExpert in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, After Effects (basic)
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding
• Social media creative design experience is mandatory
• Good understanding of market trends and digital marketing visuals
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team-handling ability
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Experience in agency or corporate design setup
• Motion graphics and video editing experience is a plus
