Job Description
- E-Commerce Site Management: Oversee the complete end-to-end management of the online store, ensuring all listings, product pages, and checkout processes function smoothly and provide an optimized user experience.
- Customer Support: Handle customer queries promptly through WhatsApp, live chat, social media messages, and emails, ensuring customer satisfaction and offering quick resolutions to issues.
- Product Management: Regularly update and maintain product information, including images, prices, features, and detailed descriptions on all e-commerce platforms. Ensure listings are accurate, appealing, and SEO-friendly.
- Order Processing & Delivery: Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with logistics partners, and track delivery timelines to guarantee timely dispatch and shipment fulfilment as per order requirements.
- Inventory Management: Continuously monitor inventory levels, plan restocking cycles, and manage slow-moving or returned items to maintain balanced stock across all channels.
- Sales & Performance Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. Analyze data to identify sales trends, profitable products, and areas of improvement.
- Marketing & Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns across social media, email, and paid search channels. Track their effectiveness and contribute ideas to boost engagement and conversion.
- Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and market demands to recommend adjustments in pricing, promotions, and product lineup.
- Collaboration & Team Coordination: Work closely with other team members to maintain efficient workflows and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Order Packing & Shipment Management: Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and dispatch of shipments in line with customer orders and quality standards. Coordinate with courier services for smooth delivery operations.
- Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by executing promotional strategies, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer retention.
