Job Description

Sales Manager (Female) — In-House Sales

Company Overview

Plastowell Polymers is a leading manufacturer of ABS and Polycarbonate-based industrial components used across electrical, industrial, and engineering applications. With a diverse product portfolio and consistent new product development, we serve OEMs, distributors, and project customers across India and abroad.

Position Objective

The Sales Manager will handle in-house sales operations, customer coordination, and order management. The role focuses on managing inbound inquiries, maintaining client relations, supporting dispatch and documentation, and driving sales growth through structured communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound inquiries and follow-up with customers.
  • Coordinate pricing, quotations, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Handle customer documentation, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
  • Maintain sales records, dashboards, and reporting sheets for management review.
  • Support the business development team with market intelligence and customer information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and project clients.
  • Assist in tender documentation, certification support, and sample tracking when required.
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams for timely order execution.
  • Prepare structured MIS reports, sales forecasts, and follow-up lists.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Engineering (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 4–8 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales (industrial sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, email communication, and reporting formats.
  • Ability to understand product specifications and commercial requirements.
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once.
