Field HR


Position Summary

The Field HR Role is responsible for providing HR support and services to employees and managers in field locations. This role involves handling various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Associate will act as a liaison between field employees and the central HR department, ensuring effective communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

i Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

ii Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for field employees.

iii Collaborate with the central HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions.


2. Employee Relations

i Serve as a point of contact for field employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.

ii Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.

iii Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and communication.


3. Performance Management

i Assist in the performance appraisal process, including tracking performance reviews and providing feedback to managers.

ii Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.

iii Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate training programs for field employees.


4. Compliance and Policy Management

i Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local labor laws.

ii Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements.

iii Assist in the investigation and resolution of compliance issues and employee complaints.


5. HR Administration

i Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

ii Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation to the central HR team.

iii Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
