Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for domestic & international courier services
• Visit potential clients such as corporates, SMEs, traders, e-commerce sellers, and professionals
• Promote company services and explain pricing, delivery timelines, and service benefits
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth pickup and delivery
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and convert them into business
• Collect payments and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Logistics/Courier preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the local market and business areas
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / mobile apps for reporting
