Job Description

1. Reference oriented Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

-Identify potential customers through field visits, references and market research.

-Create and maintain strong relationships with customers.

-Follow up on inquiries, leads, and demo requests.

 

2. Product Demonstrations

-Conduct in-person demos of Robolta products (Robotic Vacuum cleaner, Glass Cleaning Robot, weight n dry robot, etc.).

-Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a clear and confident manner.

-Ensure professional, engaging, and customer-focused demo experiences.

 

 

3. Sales & Target Achievement

-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

-Present pricing, offers, and closing strategies to convert leads into customers.

-Maintain daily sales reporting, lead tracking, and CRM updates.

4. After-Sales Coordination

-Coordinate with warehouse teams for installation, delivery, or customer support.

-Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relations.

5. Market Awareness & Reporting

-Collect market intelligence related to competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

-Provide daily activity reports, demo reports, and visit summaries to management.

-Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-1–2 years of experience in field sales (consumer electronics or appliance sales preferred).

-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Confidence in handling live product demos.

-Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.

-Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
