Field Sales Executive – B2B Division Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our B2B division. The role involves building strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, HoReCa clients, and institutional buyers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring consistent brand representation in the field.

Key Responsibilities


  • Business Development
  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients including wholesalers, retailers, HoReCa, and institutional buyers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat business.
  • Sales Execution
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with company policies.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management for product development and strategy refinement.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Brand Representation
  • Uphold company values and ensure professional representation in all client interactions.
  • Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities in the field.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 12th commerce or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in FMCG, food & beverages, or consumer goods.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
