Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be "making things look pretty"—you will be responsible for creating visual assets that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with our content strategists and ad managers to turn marketing goals into thumb-stopping visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Creative: Design high-performing visual assets for Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn ads.
• Social Media: Develop cohesive brand aesthetics for Instagram grids, Stories, and Pinterest.
• Web & Landing Pages: Create UI/UX-friendly layouts and assets for landing pages that optimize for user conversion.
• Brand Identity: Develop or refresh brand guidelines, including logos, typography, and color palettes for new clients.
• Motion Graphics: (Bonus) Create simple animations or GIF-based ads to increase engagement.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the copywriting team to ensure visual and verbal messaging are perfectly synced.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years of experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Canva (for client-editable templates).
• Marketing Intuition: An understanding of "Direct Response" design—knowing how to use hierarchy and color to lead a user to a CTA.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch between different brand voices and visual styles daily.
• Efficiency: Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with basic video editing (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly) to speed up workflows.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both aesthetic beauty and measurable results.
