Hardware & Network Engineer

🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Engineer responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, network devices, and surveillance systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling IT infrastructure and providing on-site and remote support.

• 🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, motherboards, SMPS, HDD/SSD, RAM)
• Setup and maintain networking equipment (routers, switches, LAN/WiFi)
• Install and manage CCTV systems (DVR/NVR, IP cameras)
• Handle basic server and NAS configuration
• Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
• Manage cable routing, crimping, and network setup
• Maintain service reports and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and replacement
• 🧠 Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware / field support
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking basics
• Experience with CCTV systems (Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.)
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• 💼 Preferred Skills (Bonus)Knowledge of NAS, backup systems, and storage devices
• Familiarity with remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
• Understanding of firewall and basic security systems
• Experience in field work and site visits
