HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilites

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data and update reports regularly.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
• Organize birthday celebrations, festival events (Diwali, Holi, Christmas, etc.), and special days like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Women’s Day.
• Conduct employee surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building initiatives.
• Support internal communication campaigns and cultural initiatives.
• Maintain engagement reports and suggest creative ideas to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to strengthen employee relations.
• Assist in onboarding programs, HR events, and new-employee integration activities.
