We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive. Responsibilities: - 1. Talent acquisition Prepared Job descriptions for various positions. Identify the Skills and Competencies required. Drafting ads, screening CVs and maintaining records Using Various Job Portals for posting a job. Coordinate the interview with the respective department. If selected, take HR Round Interview & Salary negotiation and prepare documents (like Offer letters, Appointment letters and NDAs.) 2. HR Operations Responsible for complete joining and orientation Formalities of new employees. Salary account processing. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management). Leaves and Attendance Management. Handling the payroll. Assisting in framing and revising the existing HR policies. Maintained resignation records, and ex-employee dues; processed resignations with respective department heads. Processed the Exit Interview, full & final settlement and released Experience Certificate. 3. Employee Relation Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, Transfer etc. Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees. Celebrating every Employee’s Birthday. Required Skills : Only female candidates are required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Proven work experience in the Human Resources department as an Executive Recruiter, Talent Source, or a similar role. Complete knowledge of various recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and fluency in English. Good time management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated and reliable individual. Having a keen eye for detail. Having the ability to work in a team as well as independently. Ability to offer excellent customer service. Employment Type
