The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and able to handle core HR activities including recruitment, joining formalities, attendance, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Job SummaryThe HR Executive will be responsible for managing routine HR functions and supporting the HR team in hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, and compliance coordination. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in HR operations and contribute to the people function of a fast-growing agro industry company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases accurately.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift-related updates.
• Support payroll inputs by coordinating attendance, leave, and exit-related data.
• Handle HR documentation such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee communication.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive work culture.
• Support grievance handling, employee queries, and day-to-day HR coordination.
• Assist in exit formalities, full-and-final coordination, and resignation processing.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees, supervisors, and management.
• Support statutory compliance documentation and basic HR reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• 0–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Freshers with strong communication and interest in HR may also be considered.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong organization and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow deadlines.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
