Hiring skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers

Managing contract labor & manpower agencies
Joining formalities & documentation
Preparing monthly salary (including OT, bonus, incentives)
PF, ESIC, PT deductions as per law
Generating salary slips
Handling wage compliance

Minimum Wages Act
Maintaining registers & inspection records
Handling worker issues & disputes
Maintaining discipline on shop floor
Solving complaints and grievances
