Job DescriptionThe HR Manager at Creative Motors will oversee and manage all HR operations across multiple detailing studios. The role includes manpower planning, recruitment, attendance and payroll supervision, performance management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The HR Manager will work closely with branch heads to maintain workforce discipline, improve staff productivity, and support smooth branch operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment for all branches (staff, technicians, sales).
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and monthly payroll inputs.
• Implement and update HR policies and SOPs.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve branch-level issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and support appraisals.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and culture across branches.
