Role and Responsibilities:

           Manage 65 workers and 15 staff, employees in accounts, dispatch and sales dept.      

• re-set up HR Department
• Set up and run ZOHO People, Payroll, Recruit
• Set up reporting of employees
• Periodical reporting of employees
• KRA and KPA Setup as per Job Description
• Recruitment – Local and Sales persons at Out Station
• Make sure the system is followed by the employees
• Government compliance
• Insurances
• Monitor employee working
• Maintain employee data file
• Stationary management and canteen management
• Training
• Monitor appraisal process
• Handel interpersonal disputes
• Employee communication
• Manage visitors
• Safety
• Uniforms
