HR Manager / Excecutive For Well Known Manufacturing Company

An HR Manager or Executive specializing in HRMS and Talent Acquisition handles end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—while managing employee data, payroll, and performance via HR software. This role ensures statutory compliance (PF, ESI), drives engagement, and utilizes technology to optimize hiring efficiency and employee records. 

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, post jobs on portals/social media, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
• HRMS/Operations: Manage employee records, ensure data accuracy in HR systems, and process payroll and benefits.
• Onboarding & Engagement: Coordinate onboarding, conduct inductions, and organize employee engagement activities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. 

Required Skills

• Technical: Proficiency in HRMS/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
