Human Resource Executive

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, people management abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Support performance appraisal processes and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.
• Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
