Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at PNRC - Finance and Accounting Business Process Outsourcing located in Rajkot.
• The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, and overall human resources functions.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
