Job Description
- Generate and Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate. Complete sales cycle including Generate leads, contact, demo, sales close and software training to new clients.
- Strategic approach to retention & customer service.
- Give Online Demos to Customers.
- Answering calls and resolving queries about company products.
- Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts.
- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
- Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
- Ability to mold sales pitch according to the client behavior & background
- Ability to withstand pressure & work in a fast-paced environment
