IT Sales Executive

1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities for IT hardware and networking solutions.

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Product & Solution SellingPromote and sell products such as:

• Desktop computers and laptops
• Servers and storage devices
• Routers, switches, and firewalls
• Printers and peripherals
• Networking cables and accessories
• Understand customer IT infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

3. Client Meetings & PresentationsConduct meetings and product demonstrations for clients.

• Prepare technical proposals and quotations.
• Explain product specifications, features, and benefits.

4. Coordination with Technical TeamWork closely with the technical/implementation team for solution design.

• Ensure smooth installation and delivery of products.
• Coordinate after-sales support.

5. Market ResearchMonitor competitor products and pricing.

• Stay updated with new technologies and IT trends.
• Identify potential sectors such as corporate offices, schools, hospitals, and SMEs.

6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain CRM records of leads and clients.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Handle order processing and follow-ups.
