Manager - DSMG - Motor Finance - Collections - Legal and Remedial - Rajkot - Amrish - (M1-M3)

DOCUMENTATION:

• Assisting in preparing and drafting agreements, contracts, SLA, NDA, MOU and legal documents as may be needed by various departments of the TMF group companies, IT related Agreements.

   

• Well versed with digital documentation and related guidelines and IT Act, end to end execution of digital documentation.

• Preparing documentation pertaining Agreements, business transactions/ various products.

   

• Negotiation of various contracts and agreement types across various counterparties.

   

• Liaise and co-ordinate with various functions and relevant stakeholders, as and when required, for contracts/agreements. 

ADVISORY

• Assisting in providing legal advice to various departments on transactions, projects, deals, structuring of the deals as may be needed from a legal perspective. 

   

• Co-ordinating with external lawyers as and when expert advice is needed for a matter. 

RESEARCH

• Research on various legal issues/topics as may be needed by the Legal team members.

   

• Research on legal and regulatory updates and disseminating the same to the team.

   

• Updation and management of Legal Newsletter by collating articles, judgements, case laws, etc.

GENERAL

• Should be a team player.

   

• Should have the ability to handle critical and important projects, as and when required.

   

• Should have excellent command over English language.

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT.

• Should be open to work with litigation teams as well. 

• Should have a minimum PQE of 2 to 4 years.
