Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Perform audience research, targeting, and segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively
• Analyze data using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for ad creatives and strategy
