The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily office operations, handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, and supporting the preparation of travel itineraries and tour quotations. You will also help with maintaining booking records, coordinating with hotels, transport vendors, and other travel service providers. Basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, printing documents, and organizing travel files will also be part of the role. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office, and possess good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages like Gujarati. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are key qualities we are seeking. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
