🎯 Job Purpose: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple outlets within the assigned region. The primary goal is to ensure smooth daily functioning, maintain brand standards, boost sales, and drive overall performance across all locations.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• 📊 Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of all outlets in the assigned division.
• ✅ Ensure outlets maintain quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service standards.
• 🤝 Work closely with franchise partners & outlet managers to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• 🛠️ Provide operational support and guidance to store teams to improve efficiency and resolve challenges.
• 📦 Coordinate with supply chain, HR, marketing, and other departments to meet store-level requirements.
• 🏬 Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations.
• 👨‍🏫 Train and mentor outlet managers and frontline teams as needed.
• 🏗️ Assist in new store openings, including setup, team readiness, and launch support.
• 📝 Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on outlet performance, challenges, and improvements.
• 🔗 Act as a bridge between the corporate office and store teams for smooth communication.
• 📈 Monitor overall sales and boost performance in underperforming outlets by guiding teams & implementing strategies.
• 🎉 Plan for festivals/seasonal promotions ensuring stock availability, staff scheduling, and timely execution of promotions.
• 🏛️ Ensure all government licenses are maintained and outlets comply with applicable regulations.
• ✅ Requirements:
• 👨 Male candidates only.
• 🎓 Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• 🗓️ 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales / Operations / Retail / FMCG / Food Service industry.
• 🔞 Age: 20 – 35 years.
• 💬 Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• 🚗 Willingness to travel for outlet visits.
• ⚡ Result-driven, problem-solving approach with ability to handle multiple stores.
