4. Less than 1% spread rate.                                         
5. CKYC status.                                                                  
6. Welcome kit status.                                                   
7. CERSAI status                                                                
8. OPD Query MIS & comparison                                  
9. Repayment tracking MIS                                            
10. ROC charge creation review.                                     
11. PDD Monitoring.
