Job Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Executing and Reporting of daily, weekly & monthly production targets.
2. Arrangement of Required Resources for Achievement of planned targets. (manpower, floor supervisor, Machineries and equipments etc)
3. Ensuring Safety of Manpower & machineries. Ensuring Product Quality Output as per QC SOP.
4. Ensuring Adequate Productivity Output for the manpower & machinery resources available in the factory.
5. Preventive Periodic Maintenance of All Machines.
