Purchase Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations, develop vendors, and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market understanding, and experience in domestic & international sourcing.

🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify

• Evaluate, and onboard domestic & overseas suppliers
• Manage import procurement including documentation, shipment tracking, and coordination
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best deals
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor market trends and explore new sourcing opportunities
• Ensure timely procurement with quality & cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements
• Handle vendor performance evaluation and improvement
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in Purchase / Import field
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Knowledge of import procedures & documentation
• Excellent vendor management ability
• Proficient in MS Office & ERP/CRM tools
• Analytical mindset with market awareness
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
