QA / QC Executive

SAUC Minimal Systems is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive responsible for inspecting and approving hardware components sourced from local vendors. The role ensures all materials meet SAUC quality standards, specifications, and performance requirements before dispatch to fabricators or project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Hardware Inspection

• Conduct quality checks of hardware received from local vendors (hinges, rollers, locks, handles, brackets, fasteners, etc.)
• Verify material specifications, finish, dimensions, and functionality as per approved drawings and standards
• Perform random sampling and batch inspection
• Identify defects such as surface finish issues, coating defects, dimensional mismatch, mechanical malfunction, etc.
• Approve or reject material based on QC checklist

Documentation & ReportingMaintain QC inspection reports and vendor quality records

• Prepare rejection notes and coordinate replacement/returns with vendors
• Maintain inward material inspection register
• Report recurring quality issues to management
• Assist in vendor performance evaluation

Coordination

• Coordinate with purchase team for quality feedback
• Work closely with operations and warehouse team
• Suggest improvements in hardware specifications or vendor quality control

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Mechanical background preferred
• 1–3 years experience in hardware inspection or building material QC
• Basic knowledge of aluminum systems hardware
• Ability to read technical drawings (preferred)
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Good communication and reporting skills
