Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive with a strong background in staffing and volume hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for bulk hiring requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for staffing requirements
• Manage volume hiring across multiple roles
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and field recruitment
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate face-to-face interviews
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet hiring targets
• Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: Graduation
• Experience: Mandatory experience in Staffing Recruitment / Volume Hiring
• Industry Background: Any sales staffing exposure preferred
• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: 18 to 29 years
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
