Relationship Manager

Job Title: Relationship Manager – New Car Loan Industry Preference: Automobile / NBFC / Banking / Car Loan / Financial Services

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager to handle new car loan processing, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and customer financial documentation. The candidate should have experience in automobile finance or banking sector and strong coordination skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end new car loan processing.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan approvals.
• Guide customers regarding loan schemes, interest rates, EMI structure, and documentation.
• Collect and verify customer financial documents.
• Ensure timely loan disbursement before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain daily loan status reports and MIS.
• Achieve finance penetration targets.
• Build strong relationships with bank representatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of car loan process and documentation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products and EMI calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Qualification:Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration.
• Experience: 1–3 years in automobile finance, car dealership, bank, or NBFC (preferred).
