• Maintain service sequence

• Coordinate with steward & busboy

• Ensure quick table turnover

3️⃣ Order Management • Take orders accurately

• Suggest upselling & combos

• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen

• Ensure food is served hot & on time

4️⃣ Team Coordination • Guide stewards & runners

• Allocate tables during rush

• Maintain discipline & grooming

• Help in staff training

5️⃣ Guest Experience • Regular table checks

• Take feedback & resolve issues

• Maintain high hospitality standards

6️⃣ Billing & Cash Handling • Ensure accurate billing

• Cross-check items before printing bill

• Coordinate with cashier for payments

7️⃣ Hygiene & Safety • Maintain cleanliness in service area

• Follow FSSAI & restaurant hygiene norms

• Ensure staff follows SOPs

8️⃣ Reporting • Shift handover notes

• Report any issues to Manager

• Maintain daily sales & feedback summary

9️⃣ Stock & Material Check • Ensure adequate cutlery, crockery, napkins

• Inform manager about shortages
