Retail Sales Executive

We’re looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our stationery shop. The role involves assisting customers, managing sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products as per their needs
• Explain product features, offers, and pricing clearly
• Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock is well-organized
• Track inventory levels and update the manager about restocking requirements
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the shop at all times
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets set by the management

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales preferred (stationery experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and cash handling
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
