Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery items.
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Keep updated knowledge of current jewellery trends, designs, and collections.
• Support inventory management, stock checking, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in jewellery retail sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication may apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Presentable personality with good grooming standards.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of gold, diamond, jewellery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
