We design and manufacture tailor-made, large electro-mechanical capital equipment ranging from 50 KW to 10,000 KW. Our sales span across India and Asia through our manufacturing plant located in Ahmedabad.

We are currently looking for an ideal candidate for the position of:



Position: Sales Engineer

Experience Required: 1 to 5 years

Location: Rajkot (Gujarat)



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct sales and marketing activities for Interpower Induction products in Rajkot and other cities across Gujarat.
  2. Provide after-sales technical support to customers as needed.
  3. Visit potential clients, attend sales inquiries, and convert inquiries into orders.
  4. Coordinate with the Head Office for quotation submissions and act as a communication bridge between customers and the company.
  5. Travel frequently across India and occasionally abroad for customer visits, exhibitions, and technical discussions.
  6. Engage in direct negotiations with clients and successfully close sales orders.
  7. Work remotely and independently, while remaining self-motivated and accountable.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Instrumentation Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering

 

 

 

 

 

 



Technical Skills:

  • Strong foundational knowledge in electrical engineering is mandatory.
  • Additional expertise in the following areas is a significant advantage:
  • Reactive and Real Power
  • IGBT Inverters
  • RLC Resonance Circuits
  • Electromagnetics
  • Power Electronics & Automation Systems



Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

  • Fluent in English – written and verbal.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-managed, resilient, and good at listening.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.



Preferred Experience:

  • Sales/service experience in capital or industrial equipment.
  • Background in induction heating systems or similar technologies.
  • Experience with high-value capital equipment sales is a plus.
  • Freshers with strong technical skills and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
