Job Description

Sales Executive (Female) — In-House Sales

Company Overview

Plastowell Polymers is a leading manufacturer of ABS and Polycarbonate based industrial components supplied to electrical, industrial, and engineering sectors. With continuous product development and strong B2B partnerships, we cater to OEMs, distributors, and project clients across India and growing export markets.

Role Objective

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, customer follow-up, offer submission, documentation coordination, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to dispatch. This is a non-field, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily inbound inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare and send quotations, pricing sheets, and product information.
  • Maintain customer databases and follow-up lists for active inquiries.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
  • Support customers with documentation requests (GST, datasheets, catalog, samples, etc.).
  • Track sample dispatches, courier details, and customer responses.
  • Update sales sheets, reports, and weekly dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, vendor registrations, and customer onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business/Commerce/Science/Engineering (any stream with interest in sales).
  • 6 months of experience in sales coordination or inside sales (industrial preferred).
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales workflows.
  • Good communication in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and documentation.
  • Ability to learn product specifications and part numbers.
